★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been sending my Pomeranian for basic grooming occasionally for years. Alots of improvement in term of their cleanliness in shop. Love how they cut his nails smoothly. Groomers especially Bao ma is very accommodating despite for last min appointment. Thank you everyone for the good job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Returning customer. Awesome service! They take my concerns seriously (as he is prone to getting cornea ulcer when playing) and offered to send him back home earlier (paid for transport service).
Reasonably price and very lovely groomers/owners.
This time round he went in with lots of hotspots and left it in their professional hands to decide what to do with him :)
I always peek in and I see my pup happy when he’s there — so it tells a lot.
