Decent grooming at affordable prices. Been their customer for 3 years. Also, If you stay around the area, they might even deliver your pet. Do check them out.

Definitely the best, the staff was very friendly and the results are perfect, and the waiting time is short too, highly recommend!

In Jan 2020 they renovated and expanded the grooming room. I went back the 3rd time because my dog (Shihtzu) likes the place and the groomers. When I get him back, he is not moody or angry. For a reasonable price of $65 for full groom, totally worth it! (I used to send him to sopraginza at river valley ($85) and the japanese dressers would shout at him as he try to move on top the grooming table. Even though the dogs are let out at sopraginza to move about freely, everytime I pick him up he is just sitting at 1 corner look at the door).

By far the best experience I ever had. My fur kid FiFi is full of energy and fidgets a lot but the Groomer was very patient. I was surprised by how clean and neat my dog is. Kudos to the groomer

My furkids have went for grooming twice at My Pet Image. they have a relatively big team, so grooming doesn't take long, and the staff are all friendly. My furkids dont dread going for grooming as such I think they were handled with tender loving care.

My family and I haven't travelled together for as long as our furry friend has been with us. That's 14 years. Reading about and hearing how dogs are mistreated or go missing at pet hotels didn't help one bit. And knowing how super fussy and temperamental my dog @piccolotan is, I was always fearful about leaving him with someone other than myself or a close family member. That is, until my sister suggested we all go on a long-overdue family trip, together. I had to find suitable pet boarding for my little pooch, and fast! So I went online and Googled for a list of pet hotels and diligently wrote to each and every one of them. I also asked around and my sister's friend recommended My Pet Image. My Pet Image was quick to respond to my many queries through Instagram and WhatsApp. In fact, I had a gazillion questions from whether my dog could continue on his raw diet and drink distilled water to the kind of bed he was going to sleep on at night. Owner/Partner at The Pet Image, Mr Law was very reassuring and patiently addressed all of my concerns and allayed each and every fear that I had. Still, I wasn't convinced and so I made arrangements to go down to the pet lodging at Sungei Tengah, to take a look. Since it was my first time leaving my pup for an extended period of time, I wasn't gonna take any chances. I was so worried that he would muck up, get all feisty and upset. Get into fights with other animals, get bullied. Or worse, stop eating and get really really sick. In the end, I was worried for nothing. As promised, Mr Law came to my place and personally picked up @piccolotan at 630am to the pet dormitory at Sungei Tengah - a district near Choa Chu Kang and Jalan Bahar. Then, he'd regularly send us photo and video updates over the next five days showing us how well @piccolotan was doing. At the end of the five-day stay, Mr Law brought @piccolotan right back to my doorstep smelling all nice and fresh, clean and fluffy. Honestly, I'm very grateful for and impressed with how well they looked after my dog. @piccolotan must have been able to feel their genuine love and care to respond in like manner. He had no trouble fitting in and was very well-adjusted in their clean, cozy setup. Truth is, in one of the videos Mr Law sent, @piccolotan looked so contented I felt like he didn't wanna come home! But seriously, special thanks to Mr Law and his team, Johnson and Alicia, for taking such good care of my precious puppy. Edit after 2 years: this is the only grooming place that my very shy dog loves! The staff are great and Mr Law is always patient and understanding when it comes to appointments and the way he treats my dog. My dog and I trust the team completely for a neat, quick and comprehensive groom. The place also looks great after the renovation, prices remain very reasonable considering the current market rate. We come down every 2 months all the way to Yishun because after trying out other groomers, no place is as good. Two thumbs up ?? Initial review: Brought my japanese spitz for full grooming and he looked great after! They were great with him too, handled him gently. The grooming area had a glass viewing window as well ?

Brought my sheltie for a basic grooming. Overall happy with the service! The price of basic grooming is very reasonable! Her paw fur is neatly trimmed, belly fur, hygiene area fur are also well done. She smells so nice after the grooming . May try the full grooming next time.
