Update: they replied to this review saying they thought my dogs were poodle mix border collie when it was clearly mentioned it was a dachshund poodle (does it sound like border collie?) and a Cockapoo (does not sound to me like border collie either). Please do not try to make it sound like I’m misleading the public when it was very specifically stated on our call and your staff also said “oh cockapoo, 7kg plus”. When you know their weight was 7kg plus and still quoted a pricing based off a 15kg BORDER COLLIE that is not moral. I saw their rates for shower ($25 small dog, $30-40 medium, $50-60 large dogs). I called in to check prices for my two dogs (both 7+ kg - in all 3-4 other groomers I’ve been to they were always considered small dogs). She asked for their breeds (poodle mix), their weight, whether they were short or long coats (short) and quoted me $50+ for not two but one dog. What a scam - absolutely terrible! Not to mention there was a terrified squealing dog in the background the entire time I was on the phone with her.

As the name suggest, Pawfessional is one of the most professional pet grooming places in Singapore with caring owners/groomers who are always generous with grooming tips! Most importantly, they truely care for your furbaby's well being !

My dogo went to Pawfessional for regular cleaning and came out a happy dogo. The environment is stress-free for dogs. Staffs were helpful and professional. I highly recommend their services. PS: Try their cheese stick for dogs, my dogo loves it.

Pawfessional used to be great until recent 1-2 years. Constant change of groomers and staff resulted in inconsistent grooming quality. My dog has been visiting Pawfessional since he is a puppy and I have always trusted their service. It being a breed that is not suitable for shaver usage which will damage his coat, Pawfessional has acknowledged that and I was assured that they will be using scissors cut from day 1(except for the paws and butt). However, in the recent 1 year or so, I noticed that my dog's fur has been thinning and getting coarse. I checked with Pawfessional and what they have said is just "its common for this breed, we have a lot other owners facing similar issue and there is really nothing much we can recommend." Wow... so this is the service level now? Not even some recommendations? When Mercy and team was helming Pawfessional in their early days, they make sure to provide some recommendations and try their best to advice. Anyway, I later noticed that they have been using shaver which is something I have trusted them not to do so. Even the grooming quality has dropped tremendously with me having to get the groomer to trim further due to a lot of OBVIOUS uneven cuts on multiple occasions. Very disappointing. I have since changed to a new groomer and working closely with them to attend to my dog's fur issue which has been improving. I'll no longer recommend Pawfessional anymore. The recent bad reviews says a lot.

Many Yorkie owners had recommended this place so we decided to check it out ourselves. The cost of full grooming was around $80. Grooming took around 2hrs for this Yorkie cut. Coco looked so pampered after. I was very impressed with the results and have been a returning customer since. Sometimes they have a mini photo shoot after grooming.

I am personally impressed by the father and son duo for the great service and professional care. They are both super keen to share generously their in-depth knowledge and conscious in pairing puppies with potential dog owners through the personal connection and interactions. I am blessed with their many hours talking through with me what to look out for and going to great lengths to flexibly accommodate to my schedule and needs. Now i understand why friends of mine share such great feedback and reviews of Pawfessional.

Brought my puppy maltipoo for grooming for the 1st time at Pawfessional. Love the groom and staff Vivian approachable behavior. She was also being very patience to explained the puppy tear stain issue. Will bring my puppy back again. Strongly recommended.
