★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got our dear Prince through them. Zenn was patient and knowledgeable about taking care of dogs. Could see the dogs were well taken care of in a clean and loving environment. People there takes care of the dogs very well. The place did not smell like most pet shops. Puppies also looked healthy and happy :) Thanks Zenn!

Zenn was very patient in answering all our questions in detail. She explained us important points related to medical / food / day-to-day upkeep of puppy. At the time of collection, our puppy was clean. I would not hesitate in recommending Zenn's kennel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner, Zenn, maintains her shop very well. It is very clean and does not have the typical pet shop smell due to this. She is also very careful by sanitising her hands each time before coming into contact with the puppies and restricts contact by visitors to prevent passing on any germs/bugs to the puppies. Very impressed with her as she is very concerned about the dogs' health and follows up on the puppies' well being and condition even after they are sold.

The shop was also very clean and hygienic and the puppies were well taken care of by the people who really have the heart to take care of them. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greatly recommend this place for the health and hygiene of puppies sold here. Very patience and friendly and don't hard sell their puppies. Very responsible for the safety for all puppies on sale over there. Please do give them time to reply and the team are really very busy. Even if you had confirmed a viewing but if there is someone faster than you whom purchase or place a deposit for the puppy, you can't blame them. After all 1 puppy, many viewers but only 1 sale right?
Very surprised by them dealing with the health and hygiene for their puppies. All their puppies are happy and energetic. Very knowledgable and kind to all of the puppies. Even understand the puppies characters and share with the interested buyers. Bought from them after viewing so many places ❤️❤️❤️ and yes they were right.. My puppy is indeed playful after all lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zenn, the owner, was very nice and patient with many questions we have. She was also very strict with customers not touching or patting the puppies when the puppies are not fully vaccinated, which is good. All customers entering have to sanitize their hands. Today we collected our Mochi, a special Morkie breed (Maltese-Yorkshire), and Zenn was very patient in going through the dos and don't of taking care of Mochi. Thanks Zenn! Great customer service and can see her passion and affection for the puppies!
