★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible seller. Ordered 2 cat scratching posts. Only 1 pkt of wet tissue was delivered which was a free gift tagged to the order. When asked, seller blamed Lazada and Ninja Van. He then claimed he could not contact me on the phone. Seller made a variety of excuses when confronted - Ninja Van does not have a box that can fit the 2 cat posts! When pressed as to when delivery will be done, seller was defensive and unapologetic. Will never buy from PawsonPets again!!!
