β β β β β I feel that, after the donations for cats & dogs, maybe can raise a donation for small animals as well, and maybe a collaborate with guinea pig rescue etc..

β β β β β I visited this place on 7th Sep 2021 at 2pm. But the shop was closed with memo that the staff was away for short break. I had waited taking time at coffee shop and waited til 4pm but it was still closed. I don't know what is 'short break' category but didn't find this kind of things in other Pet lovers center branches. Hope they improve their service by clearly informing by when they will reopen after 'short break'.

β β β β β Small and cozy shop. Ms Xiao Ting is also so patient and cheerful in answering my multiple questions as well as knowledgeable in helping in recommendations. One can really feel her love for the pets in the shop. Thank you so much!!

β β β β β Lookβ¦this is not a good place for fellow hamster parents to buy any products in, except for urgent bedding.
All the cages they have are way too small. They only keep stock of 14-17cm hamster wheels (which are too small for dwarves and Syrians both)- and the salesperson stubbornly tries to convince you that this is enough. No, donβt buy those. Dwarves need a minimum of 21cm and Syrians need bigger ones (ref- Hamster Society, Singapore)
Some of the hamster chew toys cause skin irritation to hamsters. They donβt have good quality hamster food, most of their bathing sand products are either scented (bad for hamsters) or from questionable brands that donβt have any odour control/ clumps when wet. Iβve wasted so much money hereβ¦.you can just get way better products online for cheaper prices.

β β β β β Loved Siti so much!!! Was such a great delight to patronise the outlet at Chinatown point. She gave great tips regarding taking care of our pets! Definitely would not ask for anyone else hhaha!

Just a request, can PLC bring in the traditional black plastic pee trays with wire mesh, which is more durable for dogs, particularly if the dogs are of bigger sizes. Thank you!!

β β β β β I always purchase pet stuffs at Pet Lovers Centre at Chinatown Point. Syda really loves animals and she will share me photos of the pets in the store and talk about their characters and habits. She know her products well, will give advise to me on purchasing which type of product that my pet need. I will continue to visit this outlet as the staffs there is patience, helpful and friendly. It is also a convenient location as itβs near my home.
