Call to enquiry also no use , the operation doesn’t help at all , said leave a message will call back also nothing no news no shadow at all !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When transfer are done at times they just keep quiet and dont bother sending the trans ok sms till you call them. I made a transfr at abt 0218 at the terminal in City Plaza but at 1200 noon no transf done to recipient. Charges were for 2 hour speed transf. Has happened before. I called some place in Beach Rd but the phone seemed to be not working. City Plaza answer was "we call head office and find out". Are they sure their set up is good. Or is it like tge MRT. "We are looking into it". Try and look around for some other remittance service that works.
Now looks like they getting worse. You call them to ask why no transfer but they ask you to leave message but they don't bother to call you back. Their fee has increased from $12 to $13 but service stinks. Don't bother using them. Many others available. Tgey are used by maids who don't ask questions. That's why their service is Indo standard.

The staff at their City Plaza branch patiently go through the steps and list of documents for the registration and the process as well. Even went on extra miles to explain and activate the atm terminal which function like the AXS so that I can enjoy the discount. Thumbs up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a Money Transfer Machine(MTMs) for you to transfer your money to oversea. Available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Skip the queue and remit at your convenience anytime. For first timer of course you have to register as a member at their branches then.
And I'm very sure that the machine is still there, as I was just done my transection by this machine just now.
