She also constantly tells me what product she is using and makes sure that I am feeling okay at all times. I also like how they do not hard sell their packages and just let you choose what you want to do.
I like the ambiance in the shop as well as the aesthetics in the shop.
Will come back again! :D

She was very professional - skillful, gentle, yet thorough with her work, leaving me feeling clean and relaxed (till I almost dozed off!). She even took extra care of irritated patches on my face by focusing on cooling the area further. Will definitely visit again.

It was my first time there and the staff kindly recommended me the facial that she thought would be suitable for me based on my skin condition. She was not pushy as well, there was no hard-selling either.
Really like that the staff was thorough when helping me cleanse my face and has also given me some advise on my skincare routine which may help to improve my skin condition. Definitely a great experience there!
