β β β β β Itβs been a pleasant and helpful session with the coach. For me my short term goal is to improve on both running and swimming. Regardless your body positioning matters on the road or under water. Thatβs really what make the coach distinguished from the rest which she herself being an podium runner as well as competitive swimmer. The knowledge can not be paid by money and youβll see the result on the spot. So definitely recommend to anyone who may need some help.

β β β β β Ms Mok is a super patient, kind and motivating physiotherapist who always had my back and pushing me to do more core exercises.
If sometimes, exercises are stagnant, she will introduce new exercises to make the routine more interesting.
Glad that my first physiotherapy was handled by her and still continuing this journey! Thank you!
