He also teach me how to manage my sprained ankle, which gave me lots of trouble for years!! Now the neck is all good, and I am dancing as much as I like. Thank you so much!!! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to Maria for hand therapy to treat my de Quervain's tenosynovitis which has been bothering me for more than a year and put me out of a lot of activities.
Maria was very patient and kind to treat my condition along the way, and also appreciate her professionalism in making sure that I was in the correct form for the different exercises to help with my recovery.
Within two months, after following the recommended exercises I was able to return back to activities like basketball without pain! Thankful for the smooth journey to recovery with Maria. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a first session with Jordan today. He is very experience and gave good diagnosis and feedback on my stiff shoulder condition. After the 30mins session, I've regained some flexibility and movements on my left shoulder and arm. Can't wait to have a few more sessions and looking forward to complete recovery! I would also like to add that the follow-up video for home exercise is really helpful. Kudos!
