Bought my cat items from this store multiple times. Items were always securely packed and no damaged items. Very convenient as my items were always delivered to my riser and notified via sms by deliverer. My items usually delivered within 3-4 days. Highly recommended!

Delivery getting late and late. This is the 3 times facing their late delivery problem. Really so disappointed. Ordered cat litter on 3rd Apr until today (11th Apr) still haven’t received the items. Keep email and check said that still in process. But in their website stated 3 business working day. Now already a week. My cat litter almost finished. I have to spend another money to order from another supplier due to their late. Very disappointed.

Update 24/08/21: Perromart replied my email right after I sent one to them regarding the replacement bag being expired. A new replacement bag was delivered to me within the day. too many extra steps, but at least they resolved the issue quick this time, albeit having to replace a product twice. Update 21/08/21: Perromart has reached out to me and offered to replace the expiring bag of food after my initial review. It was delivered last week. And when I took it out of the postage bag today, it is a new and unopened pack of food, BUT ONCE AGAIN, with the same expiry date as the last. Today's the 21st of August, the new replacement packet expired yesterday. Perromart, if you are reading this, this is not the first time I get orders redelivered to me with the same issues they were supposed to solve. It is causing us both, especially me, too much trouble for what it's worth. I don't know which level of operation among your company it is, but something is not quite right with the way orders are fulfilled. It's easier to get the same and more importantly, fresh, product elsewhere, really. Your prices may be competitive on paper, but with the trouble we, as customers, have to go through to get the correct products in the right conditions on top of risking the wellbeing of our pets, I'm finding it really difficult to recommend your platform. Including the potential vet bills, the cost of purchasing food from you is really hard to beat, just not in the good way. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I rarely write reviews, especially bad ones. But I guess I'm about done believing that the issues with Perromart are one-offs. I ordered on 23 July and received my order only on 31 July. I don't mind all that much about the slow delivery, having had my recent orders delivered late ever since they moved. (my expectations for a speedy delivery have waned since). But with the last order I made, 2 out of the 3 packets of Absolute Holistic Air Dried dog food have issues. 1 packet has an expiry date that was 20 days away from receiving my order. I thought I'll open it first and quickly finish the packet before the expiry date. My dog usually goes crazy for them, but turned his nose on this packet. I thought he was being picky, so when he was finally hungry enough to eat it, he ended up with loose stool. I've emptied the content of the bag into the rubbish bin since, fearing I might accidentally feed it to my dog again, or contaminate any other packets of food I still have. Just keeping the packaging for any evidence if/when Perromart decides to reply and rectify the issue. The other packet that I just opened today, has a huge clump of food held together with a white substance (mold?). And again, my dog turned away from the food he usually goes crazy for. I sent an email to them exactly a week ago regarding the first packet that was expiring, and received no reply at all. I've since sent another email to them with the issue for the other packet. I don't know if I will get a reply, but I sure hope to. Dear Perromart, if you're reading this, please reply my emails with resolutions. Thanks. I will not tell anybody to not get anything from Perromart, for I have to give due credit when their deliveries were prompt as promised and for their prices. I only hope they will get back to their higher standard.

EDIT: They got back to me and settled the issue. I got all my orders and they apologized. ----- DISHONEST, SCAMMY & HORRIBLE CS I ordered a bunch of stuff from this shop but not only they did not ship everything, they sent me the wrong items and claimed that they have already sent me everything. Been fighting for a refund on Shopee, and if needed I will be pulling the video clip of the delivery from my condo management. Perromart is dishonest and unpleasant to deal with so I do not recommend this shop. Oh and as all others have mentioned in their reviews, their Customer Service blows. Save yourself the trouble, and order from somewhere else.

I use PerroMart because it enables me to bulk buy Kit Cat tins for my babies. I use this brand because it contains Taurine, essential for healthy development. PerroMart have a system I can order online so I don’t have to carry home heavy loads. Just call their number and ask for information. The cats love the variety. I sometimes add to their fresh diet to keep them excited about meal times. Thanks to all the staff! DO NOT CONFUSE THEM WITH MISCOTA ?

been a returning customer here for years. honestly the cheapest & most reliable shop that i know of. i admire their values & have never once been disappointed with their customer service. plus the website is really easy to navigate around, love the new update. delivery is fast for every order too. eliminates the dread of buying pet necessities (i like to buy in bulk) & carrying the heavy load back home every month! you get freebies when you order above a certain amount, which is nice because they’re food sample sizes & is a good test to see whether my furbabies like it. do support their business! i will definitely be a returning customer for years to come, trustworthy & convenient.

I have been shopping on Perromart since 2020 and certainly I am a happy customer ^^ My regular purchase is Absorb Charcoal Pee Pad for our two adopted furkids. The price is very friendly compared to other online markets and at certain times, Perromart gives special discount. XOXO The service is also awesome! I do believe Perromart has done a great job in improving their order and delivery system. The delivery is quite fast. On one occasion I even received my order around 9.30 PM. Wow! Ordered yesterday and received today! Super fast shipping. I ordered a carton of Kit Cat Soya Clump Confetti, I received 1 pack that is not air tight. The rest are ok. Overall I am very pleased with my first order with you guys!
