★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 2nd time and I feel bless to know Shirlie from Carousel. Very hard to get things last minute especially when you're not at your convenience time. At the right time i felt lucky to text Shirlie in Carousel and just nice his hubby cover my area cluster for delivery. Thank you so much for accepting my order though its last minute. Very efficient service and very affordable price, very hard to get cheaper price outside though. Good Job Shirlie and hubby for your services. Will come back for more!! Keep it up ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly owners. The shop is abit cramped but hey that means its well stocked up on items! Most items are for canines and felines but they do have items for your other furry (or maybe feathery?) pets.

Not too sure which owner grooms my dog but when I go and pick my dog up after grooming, she would be shivering, look frighten and wanted to get out of the place quickly. At first I thought she was not used to the environment. But after a few times, it was still the same. When I change my pet salon, it did not happen again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not friendly at all except the lady boss however she is not always in the shop. Sent my dog for grooming their cat suddenly ran out and attack my dog aggressively! They didn't really help to stop their cat immediately, very disappointing! After grooming anyhow charged for the price, I already dropped by the shop by myself and they still charged me for transport fee, ridiculous! My dog didn't clean properly as well, he didn't smell great compared to the 1st 2 times I sent him over. I will never go back there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been sending my dog here more grooming over the past 2-3 years , groomer is well skilled and the owners are nice and friendly. After sending my dog to groom at pet lovers centre and other pet shop, this is by far the best grooming shop with reasonable price. Shop is supplied with variety of treats and pet supplies. ??????
