★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my cat in for a grooming. They butchered him and sliced down to the skin in three places. Didn't even tell me when I picked him up. Noticed it as the cat came out of the carry case and hid for 2 days and avoided everyone. When we went to pet him when he was sleeping we noticed the gashes under his belly and on the inner legs. DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been bringing Bacon for grooming with Auntie for years. Shes really good at handling him as he likes to bite people sometimes. She even gave plenty of treats for him after multiple visit. Would recommend ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a first time customer of Perfect Paws and was heartened to observe the way Pearl, the lady boss handled my pet. Chula was very nervous and flinched a lot, but Pearl was patient and consoling towards her.
It is evident that Pearl is an animal lover and not just out to make a quick buck—She even sent us on our way with some treats!
The shop is located directly opposite the Toa Payoh Lorong 1 market, which is ideal for those looking to run errands or grab a meal whilst waiting for their pet to be done.
I look forward to supporting this small business and would encourage others to do the same.
