★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pet Inc does within-24 hour delivery and they're very easy to talk to on whatsapp and pay through paynow :) I just screenshot the items I want from Carousell and the staff in charge of the mobile line helps give me recommendations and advice. Service is so good and I got a free sample of pet food too. Have ordered twice during the circuit breaker period. Their prices are also reasonable and not excessively marked up like some other places.

The pet shop owners are always willing to share tips on how you can care for your cat and suggest products according to your pet’s needs. No hard-selling, products are priced reasonably, great customer service, and they’ve got quite a wide range of pet supplies (also found out today that they provide grooming service too!). This pet shop is a must-visit for all pet owners!
