★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big shop. They also have a lot of variety of dog treats and dog food. One thing important is they have their own promotion area so i don't need to ask the staff which of their items is on promotion.............Had a great shopping experience..........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The PetLovers Centre itself is excellent and the staff are wonderful - however the dog grooming services there are quite bad. The groomer wasn’t familiar with my breed (an exceptionally common one) and a basic groom didn’t include a brush or a trim - or if it did it was a very poor job. I will return for the PetLovers Centre services but i’ll never use the groomer there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There aren’t many worthy groomers in the industry. Especially when it comes to grooming a Standard Poodle in show clips! (I know it’s a rarity too to ask for one)
PLC Siglap’s Eric is one that I’m most happy with in his services. We are not talking about an easy puppy cut everyone conveniently executes, he took up my request/challenge & clipped a wonderful shape for my Poodle!
Patience, professional and meticulous, he listens to my requests and promptly have it delivered.
I felt my girl wasn’t stress when with him... which is a plus!
When my girl is happy, I’m a happy dad! Will definitely be entrusting my babies to him!
Job well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is very clean and neat. There were a large variety of items. I must commend on the staff here. They are very friendly and their service was exceptionally good. I managed to get the right harness for my puppy and even a tag which can be engraved on the spot. They also provide grooming services here. I will definitely come back to this outlet!!!

Dog enjoyed sniffing out the rush of aromas and picking out his own snacks and toys!
A gentleman on shift was incredibly polite and helpful when we wanted to try on this training leash (a gentle lead training leash that wraps ard the snout, rather effective! As shown in picture). The manager also very kindly waived off a bowl we clumsily broke. ??
