★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hillside Vet has been my go to vet for the past 5 years for my three furkids for vacinnation to sterilisation to hospitalisation, charges have been reasonable. Strongly trust that my furkids are in good hands all the time with Dr Simon Quek and Dr Cheryl, as well as the backend laboratory Mr Fernandez. Never fail to be greeted by the friendly folks at the reception - Eunice, Hai Ning. Thanks to all the other staff whom I didn't get to know their names.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist need some retraining. Perhaps the vets from hillside should read their google reviews. And do something about it. Even how good the vets are, attitude for the receptionist is bad many will not be happy. Have some sympathy for pet's owner will be good. Reason for us to be here is because our pets are not feeling well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is great so far from this clinic. They have been the vet for my kitten since day 1. It has been a year. Was looking to provide them some direct feedback through their website but i see no contact except through “book an appointment” page, so i am providing my feedback here.
The clinic has details of my cat and its age. I made an appointment for my cat to have dental cleaning. My cat is a year old. Taking time out of my busy schedule, i brought the cat down at 9:30am for its dental cleaning. To my horror the vet told me that my cat is too young for dental cleaning. What an absolute waste of time, both for the vet and i. It could easily have been prevented if at time of appointment i was informed that dental cleaning was not advisable for a 1 year old cat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go to place. Have lovely docs, and staff.. They really take care and have a good warm approach to pets. Most importantly I don't think they are out to unnecessarily cheat you off money. That seals the deal for us. Very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've brought my cat multiples times, and Dr Ruth took care of my cat for different issues. She was always very attentive, patient and empathetic. Overall the staff is very welcoming and I would definitely recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My booie had pyometra and was carefully attended to by Dr Cheryl Chua. She operated on 27 Feb and given a clean bill of health after 1 week. The clinic staff is professional and caring. The photo with cone showed her recovery phase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been to Hillside many times as I have 4 rabbits and also help care for other rabbits.
Dr. Ruth Lin has been professional, helpful, and reassuring. She has performed four neuters so far with no complications, and have handled my rabbits well for their vaccinations. My rabbits also seem to be at ease in general after being handled by her. She has conducted herself in a way that leads me to believe that she genuinely cares for the wellbeing of my rabbits.
My appointments have been on time and I have not needed to wait for too long for my bookings.
Jingle is cute.
