β β β β β Services are good. Has got large variety of products. However, hamsters are not labeled price and are sold much more expensive than elsewhere. Bought my hamster here but later found its both ears were bitten by other hamsters.

β β β β β I usually order online but for lesser purchase I would visit this outlet. From my experience, this outlet has by far the best customer service. There's not one day that I have left the shop feeling otherwise. Friendly, helpful and considerate. Great service goes a long way! ?

β β β β β Visited several times due to pet lovers and NTUC getting more expensive since NTUC follow pet lovers pricing for Sheba. First time ordered online and received a goodie bag. Really heaven and earth when comparing service level between the two companies. The only gift i recall getting from pet lovers is only the litter box trash bag plus very hard to get exchange for spoilt items. Now I am convinced to patronize pets station more and more. Good job pets station. Keep it up!

β β β β β Took my kitten there for basic grooming and the price was reasonable. Quality wise was okay as well. Also it was convenient cause I booked it last minute and they got back to me fast. Recommended.

β β β β β Located at the exterior of Jurong Point, right opposite of Jurong Central Park. It has an indoor space for pets to interact. Upon entering, their friendly staff welcomes you to their store. You can ask them for your pet's needs. Items ranging for Puppies, Kittens and even for Birds can be found here. Entrance looks small but it's interior is larger than it looks. You can be sure to find what you need for your beloved pets here.
You are required to scan SafeEntry before entering and temperatures will be required to be taken.
