Cheongdam 청담 (Jurong Point) - Best Korean Facial Singapore

Really not worth for the price paid. Not sure how they've gotten other positive reviews. Did their signature Seoul Skin treatment. The advertisement that they put up is also rather misleading as a number of steps are essentially chargeable on top of the rate. The facial only included 2 of their 'signatures steps 'aquapeel cleansing' (suction) and 'cryocell calming' (using a cold bar) but to be very honest, the facial and steps involved are rather basic and you could definitely get much better facial done elsewhere at such a rate. Note that you will also need to top up extra for a very basic extraction.

Signed up for their $78 trial package which was heavily promoted on Facebook and Instagram. Extremely disappointed that this trial doesn't cover the basic extraction which I thought is a basic for facial treatment? Was informed that if I want to proceed with extraction I will need to forgo 1 of their "machine" service. In e end, I only had aqua peel (which is basically using a suction tube) + extraction. Felt kind of cheated as their fb advertisement shows so many steps involved but when we questioned the staff they highlighted that the T&Cs stated that the trial only includes 2 machines? For this price for a trial I can definitely get better service else where. If you already have good skin complexion probably you will enjoy it. But since I don't, I find it a waste of money and definitely won't recommend to go again.

My beautician Winnie attended to me on my first appointment. She’s really friendly, patient & explained to me on my skin conditions. She know what type of treatments is suitable for the customers base on their face conditions. Initially, wanted to do Mochi laser but due to my sudden breakouts on my cheeks area she recommended me to do another treatment which helps on my breakouts (breakouts is one of my concern too). So I did Oxygen Scaling, Cryocell Calming & 15 Mins + Anti-Bac Plasma for my first trial and it really do helps on my breakouts so I went ahead to signed their package as I still need few sessions to clear my breakouts. On my 2nd visit, I did Aqua peel Cleansing, Medical High Frequency Treatment, Cryocell Calming, Acunex Acne Formula & 15 Mins + Anti-Bac Plasma. I love this treatment as I get to see immediate results after the session. From angry breakouts bump with pus to a clear flat breakouts healing on my face. It’s my 4th visit to Cheongdam and I must say that every treatment that I did so far I get to see improvements on my skin conditions and I can’t wait for my next session. What I like about Cheongdam is they have various of treatments for customers to choose. After each session, Winnie will always give me a call to check on my skin conditions. Best part is there’s no hard selling at all. Money spent on the package is worth it as you get to see the results. Highly recommend! ?

This is my first visit at Cheongdam. Tried out the $99 10 step cleansing package and the experience with Cheryl was great. She was detailed and patient with explaining my skin condition and also recommended the type of skincare best suited for me without any hard selling. The package did not come with the pore extraction process but I gladly topped up for it (coming from someone who has *low pain threshold* ?) Cheryl gave me a sense of assurance hence I went on to add-on the 15 min pore extraction procedure and I appreciated that she constantly checked with me if it was painful for me. Personally enjoyed the “Astrodome Mask” procedure the most! Love the cool, chilling sensation on my face and Korean ballads instrumental playing in the room. It was so comfortable that I felt like there were moments of falling asleep. All in all, if you’re feeling stressful and is craving for some self-love/self-care, the salon is highly recommended and I would like to return again for a 2nd visit soon!

Cheongdam service is excellent and most importantly they don’t hard sell. My therapist is Evonne, she is very friendly and patience in answering all my enquires. I have been with them for 4 months and my skin has become brighter and smoother with their treatments. They are using Korean technology to improve your skin concerns and their therapist will advise you on what you need.

I did the scar repair needling after consultant Cheryl reviewed the needs of my face. Cheryl ensures her clients are well taken care of, constantly checking if the procedure was painful for me. Grateful to be served by Cheryl as she is not only friendly, but gives a sense of assurance to her clients. She also recommends what was most suitable according to my skin condition. Truly enjoyed my facial session with Cheryl today. Worth a try at Cheongdam!
