I needed 8 of the same items as Christmas gifts. Purchased 5 at the Clementi outlet, I asked if they help me check which outlets have more. Not interested to help, just ask me to go down personally to their different outlets.
Purchased 1 more at JEM outlet also same
bad service, told me they do not have the number to check stock.
Finally at Jurong point, I paid for 2 items. Cashier supposedly help to put in items into my bag.
Upon reaching home, I only found a total of 7pcs.
Call their office the next day to ask a Mr Low to help check with the store but received no an answer.
Had to called at 5 times over the past 2 weeks. Also the same uninterested attitude to help.
Their surveillance system is only use to catch shoplifters, not to monitor their own staff to give shortage.

They also have some products selling cheaper than other stores, like their Revlon colorsilk is only $3.40 per box.
