★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is for the train service. Lol. Salmon sashimi itself is like frozen thawed food, not fresh. California Roll like had a train wrecked upon arriving. Chicken Nanban had so much dough on it, the worst among other japanese restaurants in Jurong Point. Fried squid tentacles, i dont mind it was double fried but when served it is not even hot on the inside..omg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the menu rly tasted different from other outlets. They also missed our order and after telling them, they only delivered 2/4 missing orders. Had to let them know again.
Other than that, everything normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is good and that there were a lot of seats available when I come to have my dinner. The food taste amazing and that it is delivered very quickly through the use of the train set they have. The ordering of food is done through scanning a QR code and ordering at the website. The food is prepared quickly and I had an very good time here. Would recommend for the residents of Boon Lay to visit and try out their food. Through the food might be expensive for some people though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if I had given a review months ago when they first opened I would probably have given 4 stars . I actually thought they were ok , pretty decent , other then salmon skin which arrived cold and rather oily . Average reviews were over 4 stars then .
Visited yesterday and was stunned by the drastic drop in standards.
The salmon sashimi was literally pink like it's dried for a while . My company thought it was weird for me to recommend genki since he boycotted for a while due to low standards. And after seeing the salmon I just couldn't bring myself to send in the rest of the orders.
They also got our orders wrong.
It wasn't busy yet it happened. So I have no idea what's happening in the kitchen .
When we received the tuna roll they actually felt warm to the mouth. This is an air conditioned restaurant and something with raw fish felt warmer than room temperature.
Unless things change I doubt I'll be adventurous enough to risk another experience here .
