★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know if i am the only one, but i think that the products are overly priced and of a very low quality. I purchased a soldering iron at $12+ and within 10 minutes of using it, it shorted. Maybe it isn't the shop's fault that the iron is faulty, but i sent it back to them for an exchange but got no response for 2 months until I had to go back there myself. Then had to wait another 2 weeks of no response, and me going back there again, initiating it again, before i could get a new iron, which then shorted again on the second use.
Much better alternative is (unexpectedly) in sim square, higher quality.

Today I'm giving 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ to the uncle who helped us with looking for the correct drain cover ?? very friendly, knowledgeable n extremely patient. He went over and beyond by helping us modify 1 of the covers. Thank u sooo much!! ?

However, the staff convinced me to buy another brand of white paint, and ensured that the colour is the same. Now, I have 2 shades of white on my wardrobe. :(
