★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selections are quite limited but the quality of the food is above average. This set itself is very well priced for the quantity as well as the quality of the food they provide. Sadly it is a small area for they could definitely have more customers here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch. The young male staff with glasses is super rude and irresponsible.
Although the taste of Pho street in general has changed a bit, however this specific branch is the worst out of all branches. Summer roll skin was chewy and dry, pho broth was super oily but somehow still tastes bland, beef slices were raw???? Will not visit there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never cleaned the tables so I asked the staff to wipe the tables so we can be seated. He responded with a sigh and as he was wiping the table, sprayed the soap on me and didn’t even apologize. Service very disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ impossible to chew (slightly raw, not even rare) beef slices, pieces of beef tendon as hard as bone. One pork ball tasted sour and off, the other one mildly off. If we get food poisoning we're gonna report this store to SFA. See Pic 1.
Also, the jump from no chilli to level 1 spicy (there are 3 levels, level 3 being the highest) is pretty drastic. See Pic 2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious Vietnamese food in chinatown
Staff is not friendly when I was asking about eating inside instead of my order pick-up, should improve attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average vietnamese street food with limited seating capacity. Beef pho tasted rather bland and broth comes with a thick layer of oil. However the prawn rice roll was a surprise hit crammed with shredded carrots and vermicelli and revealing the sexy gorgeous tiger prawns under the translucent rice paper skin. I actually wouldn't mind coming only for these spring rolls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time dining at this chain. I choose a set dinner of dried vermicelli with grilled lemongrass chicken (+spring roll). The dish came with many green vegetables such as pickled carrots, young papaya and fresh greens. The sauce is great, refreshing, tangy and spicy. It was garnished with peanuts! I choose the set which also comes with one fresh Vietnamese spring roll (prawns and sliced pork) and a drink. I love the prawn sauce that comes with it. All that for under $14! The service was warmth and quick. In terms of COVID19 measures, I thought the restaurant was clean, tables were well spaced. For less contact, we can order using a electronic kiosk and pay wirelessly. Customers would collect their food once their receipt number is called. Service was prompt and warmth. I will certainly done here again! Check out my photos!
