Their pho was really great and authentic... and the Vietnamese coffee was oh so perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My third visit to Viet Spice, first two were takeaways, this was first time in person dining. Decor is simple and fuss free, service is friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, water has gone the way of (plastic) bottled water. Food has always been good. This time, bun bo hue (rich spicy broth, quite chilli), deep fried taufu (freshly fried, little salty for me) and dac biet (vermicelli with grilled pork, lovely sweet salty flavour). No cash payments. Will return again.

Portion was decent comparing with the price.
Taste was so-so, the soup quite mild, they used wide phở noodles which are more common in stir fried dishes. The beef was cooked well done, its best served medium/medium-well.
Visited here because of the reviews and to taste ourselves the phở noodles unfortunately it was disappointing ?
The 3 servers seems to have made mistakes, there were other tables that have problems with their orders. They were running in and out, we had to wait 15 minutes just to take an order ?
