And I need to pay $ 18.00 to get this lousy photo.
Do not waste your money to go there . The result photo come out will look older and ugly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrendous service and attitude by one of the staff here. A young girl who acts as though the customers owe her. Would definitely not recommend this place for your photo printing services. Any other shop would easily be better than this horrid place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service attitude and felt like they don't even want to work there in the first place. Can't preview or edit documents before printing (microsoft office expired) still want to charge $1 for Internet fees when that's the only mode to send the documents over for them to print. Charged $0.50 per piece of black-white document.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly slow. Something really wrong with their operations as there's no proper queueing system for customers and they seemed to be shorthanded. There were only three ladies - 1 photographer, 1 processing passport renewal submissions and 1 middle-aged supervisor that didn't seem to be doing anything. I waited in line for 20 minutes (to collect my photos) without being attended to. Wouldn't recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my passport photo here for $14 which included softcopy only. For the price, i expected at least a decent service to assist with photo taking but the lady was so annoyed at me requesting for retakes. I mean I wouldn't had to if she told me that my hair was not in place, my shirt was slanted or my shoulder tilt one side. I saw those after everytime she took and she just asked if she can print already. After 20 minutes from payment, the photo was sent to my gmail... picture was blur for the passport sized. The orignal was clear but not the size accepted on the ICA website. Regretted not going those shops under hdb block :( I assumed the service and quality of photo would have been better if it was taken in the mall....until i read the other comments here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having photos which I took myself using my cellphone in order to renew my Singapore ID card rejected by the competent authorities twice I thought it wiser to have it done professionally and not waste any more time.
They did the job in an efficient and pleasant enough manner.

2. why give hopes to customers that they can self service just to point them to the queue disparagingly.
3. Quality of service depends on amount of customers are around. So it makes sense that there’s a lot of negative reviews about this place.
4. Quality of service depends on how the salesperson are treated, the place is a hazard to the working staff, poorly litted. The place not so well established and designed
5. Environment not conducive even for the staffs working there. At least make sure your staff is taken care of. The entire place feels like a time travel to the 90s
