I didn't feel stupid asking questions and had all my concerns addressed. It was a very safe and open consultation for me to share personal concerns, struggles and insecurities. Every woman who has given birth should book a physio consultation just to better understand their bodies! Thanks for your help Lucie!

They offer a range of physiotherapy and Pilates to help mother's recover quickly and get women back to the activities they love, all with a new addition to the family. Outside of supporting mother's they are able to provide support for any obstetric, gynaecological or pelvic issues! Go in and ask for Frankie, Tamara or Monica and you will be in excellent hands!

Did a postpartum check up (mind you I’d been to other physios for postpartum recovery too) and none were as thorough as Physio Down Under. If you’re recovering post pregnancy, I can’t stress how helpful a consult was. I had Lucie and she was encouraging, reassuring and thorough (thorough being the biggest differentiator between Physio Down Under and other physios that provide women’s health related consults). Kim, the friendly receptionist, was incredibly helpful too. Don’t be deterred by the long waitlist, put your name down, it’s worth the wait. If you’re currently pregnant, make your booking ASAP for a postpartum check up.

Monica, a Highly skilled professional Physiotherapist, gave me the most THOROUGH investigation , with patience and dedication she carefully explained to me the cause of the discomfot that I have been experiencing for such a long time. I am so grateful that her aim was to first ensure I understood clearly what is happening with my body and secondly how I can help myself to overcome the challenges and head for a better quality of life. There is a really GREAT team at Physio Down Under, I highly recommend Them. Thank you Monica and thank you Dr. Ram for referring me to this excellent establishment!!!!
