★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great class! good amount of time and the instructor helped with adjustments as well as went through the original Sanskrit names. what really went above and beyond for me were the eucalyptus scented face towels and tea at the end? it was extremely thoughtful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely boutique studio located opposite Valley Point. 2 studios, quite cozy, clean facilities. Attended LiLing’s All Level class on Saturday, she gave personal instructions, adjustments with clear options cater to all levels. In current environment, details and temp are taken prior to entering; sanitizing of mats after each session. Cold towels and tea are served after class. A very nice extra touch. Worth recomending to come try!

The holistic focus on the principles of yoga & mindfulness enhances the practitioner’s experience. The management & team are super helpful & communicative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li Ling is amazing, and I eagerly anticipate her classes every week. I’ve been practicing for a few years now, and her class got me into a headstand tuck and firefly pose successfully. I’m eagerly anticipating when the studio is able to offer more classes so I can go more often!
