Have undergone physiotherapy as well as shockwave therapies (for my heel pain and leg soreness) here. What I really love about PhysioActive is that the staff (from the front desk to the therapists) are always professional, amicable, and not pushy about their services at all unlike other places who are just interested and eager to get you to sign up for unnecessary packages! You won't get that sort of nonsense here at PhysioActive! :) They even publish a list of their rates/costs of treatments online so you know what you are in for! And when you make an appointment, the administrative staff will willingly let you in on the prices if you do enquire... very transparent; no rude shock nor hidden costs! The ladies (Aisha and another lady who should be on maternity now) at the front desk are really pleasant and make you feel welcomed when you step into the centre. My therapist was Padraig Corbett (who is no longer in Singapore I believe) and he was very professional, caring and patient. He would take the effort to explain what he would be doing, the reasons behind the treatments as well as give advices on what to do to alleviate the pain. Just 5 sessions of shockwave therapy (coupled with physiotherapy, exercises, custom insoles as well as massages) and I'm really happy to say the pain in my heel is gone! Will highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable, no-frills, and competitively-priced treatments!

Liam is a great physio! He guided me through prehab of a torn ACL. He was very professional but also very friendly; he kept very good track of my progress; he would try to cater to my specific individual needs, and my knee improved a lot! I would 100% recommend coming here!
