★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Movers were okay, but service was unfortunately bad. Movers arrived 2+ hour late due to delay from rain in the morning but no one had the courtesy to call regarding the delay. Had to personally call them only to encounter Margaret, who was rude, nonchalant and unapologetic. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Supposed to deliver Guitar from Yamaha from 2:00pm~5:00pm. No one came. Called office @5:35pm and the guy who picked up the call said his delivery guys would contact me. Of course, no one called. Called again office and the lady who answered the call was pretty rude. She called me back later telling me that delivery guy would reach my place by 6:30pm. They came in a little late.
I'm not complaining about they being late. Why no one bother to inform the customer?
And, none of them was apologetic. I guess it's norm for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piano was delivered safely but HORRIBLE punctuality for delivery.
Delivery was scheduled between 2 to 5pm.
Multiple queries and delivery schedule kept being pushed back.
In the end delivery only reached at 8pm and had to cancel my other appointments.
Engage them only if you can afford to wait the whole day or even night for them.
