I am very thankful to Dr. Lim. He did an awesome job with my swap test with no discomfort. He explained the procedure to me in a very clear manner. He was also very patience and friendly. Both his staff was great too!– they were helpful, patient. Vivian took the extra mile to inform me of my test result when I shared I have not received sms from MOH. I feel very assuring visiting this clinic. Keep up the excellent work!

Quite friendly counter staff and price is reasonable. Never seen such a doctor... maybe high level of IQ and lack of EQ. full of arrogance.

Very rude doctor...Gives u the feeling that u owe him money.Clinic staff also equivalently rude as hell when gets a bit busy shouting at patients . In my opinion they should jus fire all of them . No empathy and not welcoming at all

Terrible service. The young male doctor has a chip on his shoulder and acts like he hasn't got time for anyone. His consultations seem to be finished quickly without caring to know what's going on with the patient. Calls seem to always be unanswered and this feels more like a front than an actual clinic.

Can see Dr Joan Tay takes time to explain and consult. Not like other clinics just want to get as many patients as possible. ???

I had a reasonable experience here with Dr Lim when I came for a skin condition, and recommended this GP to my husband when he needed an MC for his known, self-limiting, condition on his face. Unfortunately he had a terrible experience where the doctor did not even examine him and acted very defensively with very poor bedside manners. As a result his trust in this GP has been undermined, and while he was keen to submit a formal complaint, he understood that many GPs are overwhelmed in the past couple of years. Nevertheless, whilst this would have been the most convenient clinic for us, we now seek medical care elsewhere. I sincerely hope that all GPs can LISTEN to their patient's complaints more empathetically, ENVISION your patient as a long-term client, and not be inclined to practise defensive medicine.

Thumbs up ? to 2 clinic assistants for being patient and give clear instructions on what to do for your covid ART test. Dr Joan was listening to me patiently and not rushing even though a lot patients were waiting.

Called me the night before my 2nd scheduled vaccination to inform me that my doctor would be overseas and my appointment would have to be delayed for two weeks, as if there were no other staff on duty at all. Was not contactable again via phone or email after that phone call. Received another call on the morning of my booster shot, and was told that my appointment would have to be brought forward 1.5hrs. No negotiation or alternatives given. When I did show up at the clinic, which was completely empty apart from the two receptionists, I ended up having to wait half an hour. Have never encountered a neighbourhood family clinic so unreliable and unprofessional in all my life. Would much rather spend more time and money traveling to another clinic in future.
