★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the midst of perhaps a busy schedule entertaining patients and having the standard COVID protocol in mind, my telemed doctor failed to listen to me properly when she asked if I took my temperature. I had mentioned that I felt feverish but do not think I have fever hence no temperature taken i.e. just the malaise. In her written memo she indicated that patient “does not feel feverish”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Sau Po Yi and the healthlight clinic is unethical and want to earn $. I got tested positive and 3 July and she only give mc till 7 july. 4 days of MC for covid positive patient. when i request her clinic to extend mc till 7 days. the clinic informed i have to see doctor again (consultation fee) to request extension of mc. she expects covid positive patient to recover in 4 days and force us to expose virus to others by not extending mc. very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ong Chin Cheong Michael is very rude and asked many irrelevant questions. He also shrugged off what i told him and just decided to end the call. Request for other doctors and do not accept the call if you see Dr Ong Chin Cheong Michael.
