The doctor is good. The operation needs to review and improve. Only one nurse can dispense medicine, yet that one and the only nurse needs to be a cashier too. I waited for 1 hr for just to collect my medicine. I believe the 2 other counter staff can be a cashier role.

Clinic has a very inefficient and rather ridiculous system. Visited twice in the span of 1 week due to covid. Trust the reviews on google. This clinic is not worth your time. First visit: Need to queue for registration. Then you take a queue number and wait for doctor. When your queue is called, you see the dr. Then after seeing the dr, you wait for your medications. All this took about 40 minutes which is quite ok given the current covid situation. Then I had to wait for my ART test which the clinic assistant had to administer and record for me. They told me to wait outside the clinic and wait for my name. I waited another 45min for them to do the ART test! Why couldn’t this be done in a more streamlined manner? There’s 4 clinic assistants. Why do you need people to clog up the clinic all waiting to do things that could have been settled during the waiting time prior to collecting meds? Second visit: Came back again to extend MC as I was still having symptoms. Already day 7, positive, but coughing intermittently. Requested to extend MC but was told that I had to see the dr again just to extend 1-2 days. Sure that’s fine, waited, saw the doctor and consultation was done in 1 minute. Great. Then I waited another 1hour just for my MC. I had no medications as I didn’t request for any since I had some at home. 1 hour just for the clinic assistant to tell me that I have a two days MC, something that was already prepared the moment I left the doctors office. I hate to complain, especially during this covid situation and I understand the struggles of the healthcare system as I work in the hospital myself. I have no issues with any of the staff or doctors. They all did their job and were patient. But the system here needs improvement. Covid has been around for 3 years! Alas, won’t be coming back here again.

Avoid like the plague and trust the one-star reviews here. The registration system lacks efficiency, you do not know when you can register so every first person in the queue has to keep an eye on the counter to be allowed entry and registration. The only way you know is when they look up and give you the signal to register. Imagine missing the person's signal and waiting there longer than you should. Imagine when you're already in bodily pain and waiting longer than you should. The waiting time was doable and the reason for the one star. The doctor was one of the worst I've met in my life, this isn't an exaggeration. He definitely earned that rank. The doctor lacked empathy at best (maybe because he had to work on a holiday but that's just conjecture) and invalidated my questions of what might have caused my illness by condescendingly saying, "You're the first person who ever said this." Wow. Medical exam tables. There is always this roll of hard tissue that goes over a medical exam table so there's no cross contact between patients if they lay on it. I've always seen these used in polyclinics and hospitals. And I've only ever seen a doctor's clinic/room without one about once or twice. OneCare Clinic in Segar goes in the latter. Usually it's the private clinics that are like this because I don't know, looks to me they're scrimping and saving on whatever they can. Payment was another issue by itself. They charge on holidays, naming it a holiday surcharge. I never knew we could choose when we fall ill. But as it is a private clinic, I am not too surprised. Just be aware that you will be paying extra if you are heading here on a holiday and maybe on a national off-in-lieu. Because getting sick on a holiday is simply not enough torment for you. P.S. There is one more issue that I was not happy with when making payment but I take responsibility in that as I was not aware of producing some personal information for a discount. They did not ask nor was I aware to produce them until I checked their website. They could have been more conscientious by asking if I was a XXXXX as there would be a discount. Similar to when you are making payment for retail products and they tell you if you buy XX, you get a discount. It's a "you did not do your due diligence" issue but could have been alleviated if they asked that simple question as part of the payment process.

I seldom post or rate on Google but this experience was really too much to bear. Called them at 1pm, asked them whether they take in patients, whether they have stock for ART (one clinic turned me away because of no stock, govt protocol to do supervised ART for all cough/flu, even already tested -ve at home). On the call, they said last registration at 2pm, closed at 3pm. Reach around 1.20pm, the last person told me she is "the last patient". I was shock, went in with my son, tell them the situation, they accept, ask me to wait again outside behind "the last patient". At 1.35pm, clinic staff walk out, give me a slip "last patient", not even a number. I told her is 2 patients, me and my son. "No no no, only 1". "We are already here". "We already seen alot of patients, doctor only allowed one. If not, come back at 6pm". I looked at her lost for words... I walk away. A clinic that doesn't even has a slight sense of "empathy", is not worth to name "OneCare". I'll never ever visit any of their clinics. Throughout the process never even ask my name or number, they just don't care!!! Would rate with "zero star", if Google allows....

Went on a Tuesday at 7.45am before it opens at 8am. Parked at nearby multistory cArpark. Already long queue with 5 in front of me. Waited for 1 hour before I can see doctor! The dispensing of medicine improved as it was quite fast this time. Used to wait longer for medication versus seeing doctor. Left clinic at 9am even though I was 6 in queue. Suggest to go β€œFamily Clinic” beside 484 Segar road next time as usually no queue. Only consolation is that I can shop at Sheng Siong beside the clinic before my turn.

On 11 February, i brought my daughter to the clinic as she was tested ART positive at home. There were about 15 people ahead of me who queued way earlier before clinic opens at 6pm. I was there at 5:50pm. It was our first time there as My Family Clinic @ Segar was closed. She was having a high fever at 40 degrees with other symptoms. It may not be a big deal to others but as a parent, I sympathised my daughter who was feeling weak, having to queue from approx 5:50pm- 6:50pm for registration (mostly standing as there were no seats as it was raining heavily) and another 20-30 mins of waiting before seeing the Dr and another 15-20 mins for a repeat ART. In total I was there for about 2 hours. I truly understand the sudden surge of patients as Covid cases were increasing. All staffs were kind and not rude as what others commented here. All staffs were Malay ladies. If I was not mistaken, there were 3 staffs at the counter. 1 was in charge of registration, 1 was in charge of discharging. 1 was in charge of swabbing. Fair enough everybody had a duty to attend to a power pack clinic. The Dr was a nice guy. I was told by him to do swab again at the 72 hour mark and to continue to be isolated if result is positive up to 14 days because she is partially vaccinated. Unfortunately, the information given by him is wrong. For children below 12 yrs old, is up to 7 days of isolation regardless of the result. And i found out about this from my sister who happens to work in a healthcare setting. But what bothers me most is that until today, 19 February, my daughter’s result in healthhub is still pending (btw she is negative now and back to school since Wednesday) no information was given to what will happen after the swab on that day. I was left clueless. No MOH msgs sent to us. No HRW order given to the household. Why? Because the result is still pending in the system. I do not know how many other patients experienced this issue, but why would you do an ART for my kid and leave the result hanging? I tried calling the clinic a couple of times, on different days. No one picks up. Do you expect me to go down and make a scene in the clinic? We had to use our own kits to do the daily ART and infact with the MOH notice, we could have collected the complimentary kits from the vending machine. The management needs to look into this matter and resolve the issues faced with the increasing numbers of Covid cases. There needs to be a workflow that works for the staffs as well as the patients. I would also like to compare this experience I had with the experience that my husband had with My Family Clinic @ Segar with my other daughter who caught the virus too, 3 days later. If the other clinic with 2 staffs were able to handle the high volume of patients systematically, than something needs to be done on your end. They even provided a printout of the ART test and gave the MOH information leaflet to all positive cases. We received a text from MOH a few hours later and managed to collect our complimentary kits. How swift was that. I rest my case.

I visited the clinic this Saturday, 11 June at 8:30am. The attendant is not welcoming. My queue got skipped and when I go inside they told me that they have called my number. I believe the speaker outside it not working properly. Three attendants where there and not even one have the initiative to go outside and check. I also notice they are very welcoming to locals. Im very disappointed. The doctor is good by the way.

The clinic is supposed to close at 3pm but they close registration at 2.15pm. When visited the clinic is seems calm and said to have only 7 patients ahead. Called the clinic about 4-5 times before visiting but they don’t answer. Even though the attendants weren’t attending to any patients at that time. We come all that way to see the doctor to get medicine! For a sickness! Not to just chit chat with the doctor. Looks like they just want to close and go home on time. Superb service!
