Was at Pivot Medical today for my family's medical check up. I must say they were awesome. From the time i arranged for the medical till today's visit.
Mdm Sham was replying to my various queries and guiding me along patiently in the run up to the medical examination. When i met her today she was so pleasant with her greetings - Kudos to Mdm Sham for her assistance. Thank You.
We were also greeted by the lovely and amiable Mdm Sara. She guided us through the paperwork and explaining religiously the various injections, etc...and was very nice and showed so much humilty in speaking to us and getting the job done. My family is full of praise for her and I truly agree with them that she is a such a nice and caring lady. Kudos to Mdm Sara. All the best to her in everything that she undertakes.
Lastly we met Dr Mark Lu. very pleasant Doctor, very professional. Thank you for the pleasant chat we had.:)
I must say we were very well received by Pivot Medical and are so glad with the care , concern and reception by the wonderful team , including Mr Cashier who gave us the final Bill, he was so so polite..Thanks Mr Cashier.

โ โ โ โ โ Superb service. Everyone in the clinic were friendly, welcoming and professional. Communication with them was easy, smooth and prompt from the first email I sent. Thanks to all the staffs especially Sham and Sara for keeping my son calm for the multiple jabs needed.
Dr Lu was very professional yet friendly. Appreciate the fact that he tried to connect with his patients first before diving straight to work as this kind of human touch is what, I feel, is lacking in todayโs medical world.
Nice cozy environment too without the need to wait for so long at all. Great team work. Overall great experience. Well done guys!

โ โ โ โ โ This is wonderful clinic. I went to clinic the next day morning without a appointment because my visa interview appointment letter came in late night the day before and I had a very short duration for my visa interview appointment Ms Sarah and her colleague were really patient and were very cooperative and helped me to get through all my medicals quickly.
I really recommend this clinic.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible staff, when making an enquiry about a health screening. Tried to explain I needed a general health screening but they didn't listen and assumed I needed it for immigration. Didn't have no patience for me, lack of customer service or care. Asked could I do a Health screening, no you can't, you need a letter from an embassy. I am NOT leaving the country! I just need a general health screen! if you can't do health screenings then don't advertise the services! Very UNHELPFUL!

โ โ โ โ โ My family and I had an excellent experience when we did our medical exams at Pivot Medical Clinic. Starting with Sham, who was very quick and helpful in scheduling and re-scheduling our appointment and assisting with paperwork. Dr Mark Lu was professional and considerate while doing the examinations. Nurse Sara was also professional and very helpful with our vaccinations and forwarding our reports in a timely manner.
