Waited 30mins just for a shrimp Pasta and my children are already done eating their pizza. Their staff not very friendly too. Not going to patronise Pizza Hut at Lot One again

The food is as I expected. The reason for the 2 stars is due to the fact that I don't like what pizzahut is becoming. From a family restaurant to a fast food restaurant. The human element has almost disappeared. From qr code scanning to placing the order to payment a lot of it is diy now. Or maybe it is me. I am just too old fashioned and I lament the loss of the human touch when I go to a retaurant to sit down and eat and be served with kind people instead of fiddling on the screen to order.

Gave menu but online menu doesn’t have it what’s the point of giving it and for us to see thru if the restaurant doesn’t have it Served drink and soup one of the staff ask tea spoon or soup spoon , it’s a soup isn’t? Dining halfway , restaurant only have 2 tables occupied including my table The same staff came and said he need the menu before i could say anything he took it back while we were dining what’s with the attitude and manners of this staff? Staff name is Yule.

Waiting time about 45mins for food. But food was nice

1. 17 Dec, 850pm - Bukit Panjang Plaza Arrived at 850pm. The supervisor/manager in blue shirt saw us but looked away, then stood aside to use his phone. Minutes later, the waiter informed us they are only receiving take away orders. 2. 18 Dec, 725pm - Lot One Was seated and directed to our table. Made our contactless order at 740pm. Ordered a splitza regular pizza and hot n spicy drumlets. Restaurant's crowd is less than 50% capacity. 745pm - Received the order chit with the time stamp 740pm. 755pm - Received our drumlets. Did not get our cutleries up till then and we had to request for it. 810pm - Still waiting for pizza. Went to the bar counter to enquire and the waitress said 10mins more. 825pm - Called the waiter to enquire, he said 5mins more. I asked why was there a delay and he explained that it takes usually 30-45mins. I told him that it was not communicated to us in the first place that it would take unusually long. He apologized. 830pm - pizza finally arrived. Thought the service at Bukit Panjang Plaza was bad enough with the first impression the manager had given, but it seems to be consistently bad throughout both outlets. Utterly disappointed that I would rather get Pezzo and Dominos next time.

It’s a good place to eat once in a while with takeaway being very convenient for a family movie night. The vegetarian options are minimal but good. The waffle cut hash brown is something interesting to try!

Satay pizza is good, the satay sauce base works really well in the pizza for some reason. The ketupat is well cooked and is neither too soft or hard. Ketupat makes the pizza much more filling as well. The satay chicken is well marinated and taste much better than some chicken satay sold at satay stalls. However, I do feel the Lot One outlet is heavily understaffed. The wait can be quite long because there is no one to attend to you even when your pizza is done like maybe 15/20mins ago, sometimes longer. It's left on the counter waiting basically. I had to go inside the restaurant to look for my pizza myself since there is only 1 miserable staff handling the takeaway/delivery orders all at once. They probably should hire more staff especially on the weekends. Otherwise the pizza & spicy drumlet is pretty decent.

This is a very nice place to eat pizza. It is very accessible and that the crew here are very friendly and helpful. The take away order is done quite fast. For the dine in order, it does take some time for the order to arrive. It is cheaper to order take away than to eat in. If you have any special order, you need to go to the cashier to tell the staff. We scan the QR code on the table to order and the food arrived quite fast. Overall a good dining experience and would return for more.
