β β β β β Dr Moses Lam actually apologized for us having to wait so long although i feel he didnt have to. He is friendly and attentive. Thank you so much. I understand why frontdesk can get irritated easily. In the service industry we are always faced with impatient people and having to deal with silly questions, all day everday. Frontliners are overworked! Do try your best to smile ok!

β β β β β Dr. Moses is superb! In fact the best GP Iβve ever seen in Singapore. Too bad the front office is the opposite. They are rude and arrogant. Now Iβm in dilemma whether I should visit this clinic again.

β β β β β I usually speak nicely to service staff since customers can be real jerks, but the receptionists here are downright unprofessional and lack basic courtesy. (In my experience, the middle-aged Chinese auntie was the worst.) Mostly curt and unintelligible replies when talking to them, and not being the slightest bit apologetic when they screw up.
Although the doctor is friendly, I'll never come back due to the frustrating service at the counter. But they'd probably celebrate since patients are made to feel unwelcome.

β β β β β The staff and doctor is kind and friendly so seeing other people review I really don't understand why I didn't face that kind of issues. I have been seeing this clinic for a long time and yes the waiting time might be long but because that's only doctor Moses alone seeing all the patient so waiting time is understandable. staff in front desk is friendly too. Service is good so I don't understand why I should give a low rating to the best clinic in punggol plaza. Always visit here if I have any sickness ? thumb up to Dr moses and the team.

β β β β β Came on 11/7, waited for almost 2 hours just to see a LOCUM. While waiting I noticed that he took an average of 1 minute per patient. Miracle doctor? When it was finally my turn, I tried telling my problem but ended up been told to go home and continue taking cold bath as he couldnβt prescribe any medication at all. Was also told to come back the next day to do a blood test. Came back this morning 12/7 and queued for another one hour just to be told that I need to see the doctor all over again! Reason being itβs a different doctor. This is such a terrible system. I am in so much pain and was given neither medication nor solution yesterday. On another note, am thankful itβs Dr Moses today otherwise I would definitely walk out. Please note that some patients are genuinely ill and not just here to take medical leave.

β β β β β Thank you so much to Dr Moses. My son Situation was very tough and he had a breathing issue. Doctor given very good care on time and explained in detail in terms of future care as well. Within 2 days my son was back to normal and fully recovered by following medicines cycles that Dr Moses recommended.

β β β β β Although doctors are very caring and professional when they tend to you, administration is horrible. We waited almost 2 hours to see the doctor... Also barely any seats to sit and wait at. Even if we wanted to go down and sit at the Kopitiam, we wouldn't know when to go back as there is no way for the staff to contact us. Only have a queue number displayed in the clinic itself. This was on a weekday during non-peak hours too...

β β β β β Doctor Moses is the best doctor I had even seen, he is attentive to the patient and always explained the details. Even my daughter loves him. He is very professional and with passion. Thumbs up for Dr Moses Lam. During COVID, have to be more patience for the waiting time.
