F	FENG Ruitao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An update: finally, got the paper work done with a walk-in visit, without appointment. It ended up by geting what I need done. So I change 1star to 3star. Hope the employee who managed email/WhatsApp can improve his/her service attitude. They ignored my inquiries on email and WhatsApp for over a week, while I was always be polite and respectful in my words. However, what shocked me was that in the second week, I found that they directly added my email address to the spam/black list. Honestly, I never imagine such a thing happening on a medical group or myself who never be impolite and rude to others. DR TEO KIAN TONG is a good doctor, very professional and personable. But I suggest that, as the director, he should perhaps educate some of his employees about the importance of "being polite to customer".
C	C O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for AU visa med exam. Want to give 0star. As many reviewers mention they never answer call. Yet booking itself was ok as I contacted them via WhatApp instead. Med exam was also ok. What is terrible is after exam follow up. They mention on the consent form document that the data will be uploaded in 3 business days. It’s been a week since the exam and as of today the data is not yet uploaded on ImmiAccount, thus I contacted the clinic why via WhatsApp and email. I don’t know how many times I sent but they ignored all messages despite I can see they are actually online and see my messages. Also tried to call but they never answer. I have no idea what’s going on and when the data will be uploaded. My visa application was very urgent but they screwed up my visa. I chose here because I could get earlier slot than SATA but you should avoid this clinic by any mean. Terribly irresponsible.

I had a good experience at point medical with cordial staff, doctor that puts you at ease and overall a smooth process. The only reason I give 3 stars cause the only way to take an appointment is to walk in there. Like others I called several times but no one picks up. I did a walk in but was suggested to book an appointment. During my appointment I noticed that several people came in thinking of a walk in but every one was turned away asking to book the slot.
S	Swathi Reddy M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been calling them since morning around 20 calls ..no one picked up..walked to the clinic and understand from them that they don't pick up the calls .so next time if u want to take appointment go to the clinic directly . My experience after I got the appointment is very good.. Very helpful staff and friendly doctor . Overall I can say, if you want to go for medical tests just walk in for appointment with all the required documents. Mornings are less crowded. Overall good experience amd satisfied.

Not sure how the other reviewer managed to do his or her medical exam without appointment. My appointment was on a weekday afternoon. The medical exam and chest x-ray took around 15 minutes. 4 stars because no one answered the phone and I had to go down to make an appointment.

I’ve been trying to call them to contact them but to no avail until someone here reviewed that they’re able to take appointments through the clinic in person. I got there and made the appointment for both my husband and I. While SATA is convenient for NZ visa’s medical checkup, Point Medical has earlier slots. Staff were nice and accomodating too!

I called to make an appointment and no one picked up my calls too, nonetheless, I googled and emailed them for an appointment. I was scheduled the day I wanted few hours later via WhatsApp and a confirmation via email several days later.

Doctor and technician who took the blood test and x-ray were very polite and friendly too. Even my e-medicals were submitted within 2 days which is earlier than the promised time (3-4 working days). My only concern was the waiting time for an x-ray was too long as it was crowded. Everything else was great!
