★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was at the paragon medical centre lobby E and F, all lifts down since 9am till 1120am. Such a big medical centre has no other alternatives for patients to reach level 12 or 13, and the security or nurses asked the patients to walk up, ridiculous when the patient can't even walk at all. Disappointed, should always put yourselves on the shoes of the patients

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife went to lobby E for skin specialist, then the skin specialist doctor refer her to do ultrasound scan at lobby C.
At lobby C, ultrasound doctor said don't know what to do, then ask my wife what to scan. It was because they call to lobby E, nobody answered.
It was so funny where my wife has to tell doctor what to scan, how to cure?
So disappointed to Singapore medical system. So old style rely on fixed line phone call to comminicate.
