★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time, you need to be your own nail technician to visit this place. More than 3x my nails came out filed slanted and I was told by the staff I'm supposed to let them know I want my nails to be straight, I didn't know a nail salon didn't know that nails have to be straight and we customers have to monitor the nail technician, and make sure our nails are straight. Wow, great service! Just another nice looking shop with staff that can't be bothered.

Good service and most importantly good skills in gel application.
I like that my gelish nails often last a longer time as compared to other salons and no sharp edges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, skillful manicurist (gel nail lasts longer compared to other nail salons) and not pushy at all! In fact I appreciate their services so much that I asked for the package and signed up immediately. I have been to many many nail salons in Singapore (have been consistently doing my nails for the past 4, 5 years) and this is so far the best I have found. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a nice express pedi from here around 8. They were closing and said that they could still do express nails. Nail tech was nice and sanitary. The color selection is extensive and it’s a nice atmosphere. Would recommend.

My manicurist can't draw (it's ok, then we can stick accessories). But, she also barely stick those accessories well and have a very bad temper when I'm trying to give comment on my nail art (she seems like cannot follow the sample I've show her earlier).
After sales service
My gel nails (nails that without any accessories on it) peel off after 4 days and i went back to the shop but unfortunately they are still close for CNY and they will be resume for business exactly 1 week time after my manicure session. When i find another day to come back to the shop, the manicurist said that it was too many days passes since my manicure session, so she will not fix them. So, after the gel peel off and next the nails is broke, i will be ENJOYING my CNY with the ruined nails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very skilled nail tech (with the bangs)! I did a walk-in appointment and got their classic manicure + nail art combo. The nail tech was so meticulous!! Such a shame I didn't catch her name, because unfortunately I don't speak Chinese, but I'm in love with her work! I could tell how much care was put into every step of the manicure, and it was almost 2h before we were done. My nails were pretty rough-looking coming in, with hangnails and skin peeling off the sides, but she gave so much attention to my fingers. Truly deserving of the word spa... Would recommend to people who are willing to spend a pretty penny to get their nails transformed!!
