First, the positive: After its opening and after the long queues reduced to "acceptable" levels, I finally got to try their bubble tea. I ordered the green tea + passion fruit + pearls. The pearls were just right...not as 'tiny' as in Koi. They weren't to soft either...just perfect. The green tea taste was free and smooth. The presentation was just as good with their "stringed" handle and a 'cover' for the straw opening (rather than your typical heat-sealed top that you have to puncture with your straw). And now the negatives: There's only one size. It's larger than the one size from Xing Fu Tang. It's about the size of a regular from Koi. You cannot order your drink with 'No Ice'. The best you can get is "Less Ice". This I didn't like. Once the ice melts, it starts to dilute the tea flavor. I will always order bubble tea with no ice so that I can enjoy the tea flavor and not a water-down version. You cannot add additional toppings (i.e. if you've initially selected pearls, you cannot add coconut jelly). I suppose this is because your cup is already drowning with ice. You only get 3 sugar levels: 0%, 50% and 100%. So if you're used to the 25%/35% from other places, tough luck.

First one star review on google review. Ordered and waited for more than 40minutes for my drink! It is because the staff prepared the drink and just leave it there together with other drinks without calling my queue number.

Cassia Black Tea should add flavour lemon or lime .... because honey always no more.... Lemon and Lime is better than cream or mousse or etc... If not accept add new flavour for black tea / cassia black tea, i put 2 stars If add, i put 4 stars

Been trying to get a drink at this outlet for a few times but it’s always super crowded during night time. Finally got my hand on their drink, I must say it was really SHIOK! Refreshing and nice, fill with tea scent. Great! Minus 1 Star Cz it’s still a rather long wait during a super non peak hour.

Kudos for managing the crowd waiting in line for orders to be served. There wasn’t any queue or crowd when staff took our orders, but we waited 45min to get our tea done. I do hope there’s signs or something to notify waiting time before ordering. We had bubble tea and gyokuro. There’s no choice in sugar level but the bubbles were big and chewy, which was nice. On the other hand, there’s some milk taste in the gyokuro tea. Be it the utensils used or something in the brewing process, this tea should have its peculiar clear taste but I get strains of milk, which I don’t fancy.

Absolutely love the ding dong oolong milk tea with cream top and boba. The tea is reminiscent of the traditional oolong tea! Good strong tea flavor and chewy boba! The queue is absolutely insane on a weekend though, staying true to the notorious waterway point queue lengths.

Ordered the lemon tart drink, refreshing with nice mousse. However cheesed off because the cashier insisted that this is a standard drink and I can’t order with less ice. Why so? I really can’t understand. Wouldn’t I be able to customise the drink by ordering the same components separately? Asked the second time and she insisted it can’t be done, there’s a standard SOP and there’s a CCTV watching ? My goodness, I just want them to put less ice in my drink after shaking them, because I don’t like my drink too icy. Can they show some flexibility?? ?
