Good collection for kids

Not so impressive. No big variation in design

Good variety of clothes as per usual but it does seem a bit messy at times. Staff are helpful and prompt to help when asked.

This review is for Cottons On Jem (not Cotton On Kids) Very bad service with extremely rude staff. I was helping my 10yr old to try on some clothings when a female chinese staff with dyed blue/purple straight hair raised her voice, knocking continuously at my fitting room door, demanding in a bossy tone that one of us has to leave the fitting room immediately. As my girl was not fully dressed, I didn’t open the door but replied that I was with my child and I was helping her (only 1 of us was trying the clothings). But she refused to accept my explanation and demanded that “I come out NOW!”. Her constant yelling left me with no choice but to come out despite the fact that my girl was changing halfway. When I’m outside the room, I commented that she was rude and there is no need to resort to shouting as it’s common for a mum to accompany her child in fitting room. She rebutted rudely that only 1 person is allow in each room, even a mum can’t go in with her child. She was creating a scene and making me and my child felt like criminals in front of other customers! I was appalled at her comment and went to checked with the outlet in-charge. The outlet in-charge comfirmed that there is no such rules where a mum can’t accompany her child into the fitting room. No way am I going to visit this outlet again!

Good collection for kiddos and many of them also up to date collection, the price also friendly. If you are lucky aometimes they give you promo buy 1 get 1 model for certain items. You can pay by many payment model here, from debit, credit or using micro payment such as Nets.

Very bad return policy. Wrong-sized tags were placed, as a result, we brought back the wrong sizes without realizing. Tags were cut to try them on. Realized it was the wrong size, but they did not allow size exchanges without the tag. Will stop buying from this shop.
