-Staff is friendly (they won’t follow you so they’re no annoying)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't really had a very good experience with this shop in terms of service and their sales policy.
First of all, there were a lot of people shaking the boxes on display, so I requested to get 6 blind boxes that were untouched. Given the covid situation, and the fact that I'm not going to pick them and have asked the staff to do so, I don't see why this is an issue.
Plus, some of the boxes were also not in mint state due to squeezing. They should really think about the policy of allowing excessive feeling for the blind boxes, and probably be more flexible with genuine fuss free buyers.
The staff was also rude and just said no and grabbed 6 boxes from the display area, totally missing my point.
I'll take my business elsewhere with Popmart AliExpress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far, I have had nothing but great experiences in the flagship of Popmart Singapore, located just inside Funan.
Such an amazing place with fantastic displays of both Popmart's very own cutesy figures and also display cases featuring artists like our very own local talent Daniel Yu.
Every trip there is not only enjoyable but a great shopping experience as we hunt for new launches.
A must go if you are in the vicinity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had this POP MART machine at funan level 2. All the box were facing front. I saw a Harry Potter box. Both the box and what’s on the screen DID NOT indicate it’s a mystery box! I was looking high & low to confirm it. But there was only 1 photo when selecting the box and it’s exactly the figurine itself as advertised on the box. No other information & words! The box stated & shown “Harry Potter & Flying Keys” figurine ONLY.
To my horror. Once I opened the box, it was a mystery box. Infact the figurine shown on the front was not one of the collections!
How cunning is this? Very unethical & misleading sale. I rather buy a proper figurine of my choice no matter the choice!
