Terrible service and attitude by their "salesmen". The reason for the inverted commas is that they are probably NOT even trained in sales. Specifically a guy named Danny who pressures you to buy and stands up to leave and walk away from you if you try to negotiate. AVOID this company at all costs, better to buy somewhere else if this is the level of service they provide.

PA changed my car parts without informing me, till I collected the car and had to pay for it! My audi car was received in poor condition, and driven 74kms in a day. Car camera was unplugged while on their "joy ride". Dealer did not assume responsibility. beware! Terrible experience, I swear that I will never buy another audi from them again

Stay away. Got quoted facelift taillamp SGD$5000 for 1 side.... U do the math....... $10,000 for a pair of lamp? Ebay selling the same thing oroginal audi parts GBP $1700. Was driving Mercedes-Benz previously and I didn't know that audi parts more ex than Mercedes-Benz

The most unscrupulous company I have dealt with. Bought a mechatronics unit from them and they sold me a spoilt part. Refuse to take any responsibility and even said, 100% the parts have no problem. When challenge them to do a check, they refused. If for a replacement part they can be so unscrupulous, I shiver to think what they can do when you buy a couple 100k car from them

Came down for a test drive, was told I can't test drive unless I can decide to buy the car as long as the test drive goes smoothly. Don't know how you expect buyers to decide on a car they have never driven before BEFORE driving it? Don't waste time here. I got a better deal on an Audi elsewhere.

I almost bought a car here but it was ruined at the last minute by 2 key points: 1. Mistrust of salesman 2. Total apathetic behaviour from the manager The whole story started when I was quoted ~$158k for the car and $90k for my old car. Then when I asked to for a review of higher value of my overtrade (at $800 more), she went in to check with her manager and ended up coming back with a higher value of the car at $159k and lower trade in value at $89k. When questioned, the agent involved insisted that it is because of the price that I backed out of the deal. This morning, I received messages of her arguing with me over this. I tried to contact the manager to sit down and discuss about this issue of possible miscommunication, but was told that "they know the incident but there is no follow up." In another words, they don't even bother to call back". At this stage, the saleslady still held on to her defensive stand that it is because of the price, not because of her changing her price suddenly despite our earlier agreement. As for the manager, I am still waiting for that call. I would like to hereby ask all to think twice before going to there to purchase your cars. This will be my first and last time of stepping into that place again. Please think twice before going to this place to buy your cars from there. (Name of Agent is not mentioned as there is no need to shame this lady) I really hope some follow up can be done in a professional manner, rather than the agent texting me and arguing with me.
