Overall is a good value for the price and size of the box but you have no control/low expectation of delivery speed as competitive as balikbayan boxes (not as cheap though) You can't send dry food/perishable as well. Our parcel 12 Oct 2021 - Triggered request 13 Oct 2021 - Box delivered (with packing tapes) 21 Oct 2021 - Collected by PosTki 04 Nov 2021 - Shipped out (due to Covid delay etc) 24 Nov 2021 - Cleared Indonesian Custom (no tax) 08 Dec 2021 - Received . Box intact. Nothing missing. On SG side, services has been good and responsive. If you're time sensitive - this is not for you.

Customer service was excellent providing vital n accurate information to make delivery process a fast & smooth one as I recall my experience. Collection service was done in high spirit with a heart to serve. Well done n keep it up & u all deserve our appreciation.

Sent for shipment in February, till now have yet to arrive. No refund. All they can say is item stuck at port.

Just give them a call , they will deliver the box and need to pay a deposit of $10. After done with packing items into the box you can call them to pick up . Hassle-free

Before sending everything ok sure receive within 1 mth before raya was their sales pitch. After sending reply is at Indo custom pending checks. Almost 4 weeks and still the same message. Now after calling the reply is 3 weeks after custom checks. Send at ur own Risks as they are not telling you right and correct information despite knowing the long delays. Update: manage to deliver before hari raya. Update to 3 stars for inaccurate infor on their App.

My helper’s box was collected on 5th Jan. It has been a long long wait till now. It has been 3 mths plus and her box is still retained and stuck at Jakarta custom. No sight of the delivery. No solution has been offered except to wait. I believe more can be done to rectify this issue. No compensation or any advise given. There are perishable items in the box as well. Do think twice when entrusting ur parcel with them if you do not wish to be in the same waiting situation. 3 mths is 1/4 year passed. Leaving your precious parcel with them will be risky. Think twice .

Called TKI office 2 weeks ago & frustrated tone voice staff was not helpful with my queries on behalf of my helper. When probe for more info, I was simply asked to check via their app to track status. Like hello, not everyone is IT savvy and that's why my helper asked me to help her Let me break down the details: 04/01/2022-Requested for box to be delivered 19/01/2022-Box collected with the list of what's inside the box and payment made to TKI 29/01/2022-Box was shipped on board No update after that from Pos Tki staffs either via calls/whatsapp or email. Checked their tracking system As of 20/04/22- Box is currently at Indonesian Custom going through clearance process. Coming to 3 mths, box is still at the custom for clearance.. Why!?? Why such delay occurs? Due to covid? Not enough staffs? That's some lame easy excuses to blame on the pandemic. Come on, we choose your service as it was portrayed as reliable, efficient and fast. Yet that's not what we are getting.. A week or 2 delays excusable enough but for months?? Atrociously ridiculous! Disappointed with the service rendered.

My first time using their service. Very easy to deal with. The customer service was very friendly and helpful. Boxes arrived promptly. We were given ample time to fill it up. Collection was also seamless. Paid by cash, very easy. Just ensure you have a hardcopy of your helper's passport and work permit to go with the form that they will supply you.
