โ โ โ โ โ My Pilates experience with PowerMoves has been truly rehabilitative. I've been suffering from a severe lower back problem in the past and after attending regular Pilates sessions with the best instructors, I was able to feel the core strength and improved my flexibility and awareness. Simply amazing PowerMoves Pilates in the Park!!

โ โ โ โ โ The experience was really nice! The things I really loved about it are basically two:
1. The instructors and staff: They were very accomodating! The instructors were very hands on and they really helped me (it was my first time to try!) and it was really cool for them to teach the basics one step at a time.
2. The place: It was perfect! The location is really a breather from the hustle bustle of the Metro life.

โ โ โ โ โ Technical approach to yoga which allows regular yogis to appreciate and deepen our practice more. Love the place. It does have a unisex changing room and shower. Easy to find and parking aplenty.
