Doctor Angela Tan has been my family doctor since we moved to St 72. She is compassionate, listens well n very caring. Charges are very reasonable n medicines are not commercialised type. Thank you for her passion. She is a good doctor. Not all doctors have the passion just cut throat charges. Mostly clinic staffs are grumpy. I'm fine with that just register take Q number n don't look at them. Good doctor that matters. Today visited the clinic but very sad that Dr Angela Tan no longer with the clinic. When seeing the doctor, the doctor mentioned that my condition was bad and gave an injection and also mentioned that 2 days MC. When at the counter, the staff only gave me the receipt without the MC. So I asked for it. The 2 counter staffs asked one another to just print it. However when reached my office, I realised I was given only one day. And also I could not find my medicine. So I called the clinic and told the staff over the phone my name and if I left any medicine behind. She answered, "Today nobody left anything behind." I said to her "Can you please check again my name" She said "I dont care what the name I just told you that nobody left anything" then I said what about my MC? She said how she know I have to ask the doctor myself. Really unprofessional and absolutely rude.

Dr Yeo is not an empathetic doctor. I told her I was sick but she doubted and refused to believe me. I was over charged for a 1 day mc and given unnecessary medication.

Doctor Yeo Wei Min Sharon has no empathy at all. When you tell her you have the exact same medicine that she is prescribing at home, she will ask you when didnt you take it so that you dont have to come here today. 2 strips of anarex cost $8, when its less than $2 in polyclinic. Purposely tried to sell branded medicine as well when you dont need them. When you reject those branded medicine, all staff in clinic will become angsty.

Very poor services at the counter nurse. I remember it was good many year's ago. Quite a bad impression for me.

Absolutely Ridiculous, Dr Yeo prescribe 5 different types of medication just for my stomachache and a 1 day MC. The entire consultation is less than 10 mins and it cost me almost $70. Will give zero star if possible.

I was very disappointed to learn that Dr Angela has ceased practice at this clinic - Dr Angela was truly one of the best drs this clinics had to offer. The current practicing doctor, Yeo Wei Min Sharon, whom I unfortunately had to visit several times when I was unwell, has been completely unprofessional and condescending in the several times I have visited. Each time when I visit, she is extremely dismissive and acts as though I am faking my illness. I was once attended to by the other dr running the clinic, Dr Ng Bee Koon. She took the time to explain to me my illness, and even decided to give me a two day mc after diagnosing me with a bad bout of stomach flu. When I returned again a month later for a separate sorethroat and runny nose issue, the minute I walked into the consultation room, Yeo Wei Min Sharon immediately smirked and asked "Why? Is it got stomach ache again?" without letting me even sit or explain my symptoms. After examining me, she merely said "your sore throat is not even that bad you know. " - and note that this is during the ongoing COVID pandemic and I spend most of my hours in high risk COVID areas. I am very surprised that someone of her (poor) caliber is still allowed to practice. Some one who has probably zero heart for patients, acts high and mighty, and also overcharges on her consultations. I had to pay $60 for headache medications once and it felt like a complete rip off. On the other hand, the counter staff have been nothing short of sweet to me and I do appreciate their efforts. But I will not return as long as Sharon stays as a GP. Truly terrible.

Doctor Yeo Wei Min Sharon first of all you are a disgrace to be a practicing doctor in Singapore as you lack of professionalism and empathy. You are someone who work for money and not patient-oriented at all. I had a bad experience just like so many of you out there today. I had brought my 3 month old plus (turning 4 month) son to her clinic as he appeared chesty and had alot of phlegms. The moment I entered the Dr's room she said that my baby is too young and when they are too young they might not be able to take certain medications due to their age group. I totally understand that. The next thing she should have done is to tell me to go to KKH. Infact, she carried on asking me questions on my baby's health and went ahead with the consultation by examining baby. She then said that she needs to check if she could provide medication for my baby this young and told me to have a sit outside at the waiting area. One minute later, her clerk told me there is no medication but a consultation fee of $25. I questioned on as to why I should pay for the consultation fee. I was confused. Doctor Yeo Wei Min Sharon was standing at the corner there. I called Dr.Sharon Yeo to speak to her directly. She had no courtesy to even explain anything to me. All she said was 'you saw me inside the dr's room so still have to pay the consultation fee'. I mean come on, I came for a purpose. You couldn't do anything and you knew that from the start so why didn't you advise me to go to KKH but carried on with your consultation. Just to claim that $25? I was utterly disappointed but still remained calm and told her that I was not going to pay that amount and told her that I was going to report against this.She told me that she would ban me from coming to her clinic. I was perfectly fine with that but felt like she was not even fit to be Doctor. No dedication for her profession and did not even think that I came with an infant and she could have just waived off the charges but infact told me she would banned me from her clinic. I would not recommend anyone to go to this clinic. Pls do not support this kind of service. There are so many other professional doctors out there. P.S: I had to click one star to rate inorder to post this. But on a serious note, no stars for this clinic at all.

My wife recently went to see Dr Sharon as she was experiencing light-headedness and overall headaches. She was also about 3 months pregnant at that time. Previously, she had done a blood test and Dr Sharon conducted it herself, confirming her pregnancy. Recently when my wife walked in to see her about her headaches, she probably noticed from her records that she’s been coming in quite regularly for headaches and said this to my wife verbatim, ‘Need to go talk to somebody about your headaches, cannot always hide behind MCs’. Speechless. My wife had assumed Dr Sharon was aware of her pregnancy when she said that. It was only when my wife asked if the medicine she was prescribing was pregnancy safe, that she appeared shocked, ‘You’re pregnant?’ Shocked that a doctor would accuse patients of ‘hiding behind MCs’. She was detailed enough to notice my wife’s frequent visits due to headaches, but not detailed enough to read the pregnancy on record before my wife walked in for the visit. Not a pleasant experience overall.
