Rude and uncompassionate clinic counter staff. They are only concerned to ensure that they get off work on time. Morning sessions ends at 1pm and registrations cut off way earlier at like 12.15pm. I want to give 0 stars if that is an option.

Had a bad cough. Asked for drowsy and non drowsy medication and also lozenges. Was subsequently told that lozenges are rubbish and he does not prescribes lozenges even after i explained my nature of work and i just needed them to soothe my throat. Doc Ivan was impatient and seemed rather fustrated throughout my visit.. No lozenges?? My wife did manage to get some from him It seems like a patient has to put up with the doc's mood swings. Will i visit again? Never.

Doctor Ivan Tan explained why my son develops flu,cough,fever in details. Medicines was explained clearly too. Receptionist is nice and friendly too. Good experience and recommended too. Doctor gave discounts as son had 7 medicines including anti-biotics. He also gave a "dosing schedule" for parent's easy reference.

Very good experience with the clinic Especially Dr Ivan Tan and his team , Starting of registration to consultation and collecting of medication less then 15 minutes Very professional and high efficiency! And they deserve six stars instead of five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m not sure why there are even some good comments about Dr Ivan. He can’t be bothered to listen much, and just want to get the consultation over and done with attitude. If i tell him what’s wrong with me, he’ll just cut me off and tell me to be quiet. Hello, how to prescribe properly if you don’t listen to what patient has been feeling??? Ya ya, you the know-it-all doctor. Sometimes i have to take 2 or 3 different types of antibiotics before i get better. If you will only listen that my body is resistant to many types of antibiotics and i can only take certain types. Very rude Doctor, agree with others on his mood swing. I tried to tell the other Doc about Dr Ivan’s behavior but not sure if they advise him to be better with patients. But then no choice need meds if sick, nearest clinic and happens he’s usually the Doc there most days.

Not sure what's with all the negative reviews. Been here a few times. Receptionists are friendly and fast. Doctor does what he needs to do. Fuss free. In and out within 15min.

Please don’t go to this clinic. Doctor is negligent and did not do a thorough medical check. My family member who went there 4 times for check up and despite given medication, she did not recover. Later on she passed away due to kidney failure and heart failure 1 week later. This condition does not develop overnight, there has to be symptoms which he did not detect. When I called the clinic, doctor was nonchalant and blamed it on covid as a possibility, even though she was tested negative twice. I asked why he did not suggest for blood tests or CT scans, he said there was no indication for it even though she did not recover for 1 month of medication. He said that her condition is not serious enough to cause death but yet 1 week later she passed away. The doctor did not do his due diligence and was irresponsible for her health condition. Basically he is shirking any responsibility of his diagnosis or negligence. If you want proper medical diagnosis and treatment please do not go to this clinic.

When Covid turned the world upside down, one of my reassurances was that Dr Ivan Tan and Dr Wong were just down the street, serving the community as faithfully as they have been since day 1. One of the things that sets this clinic apart from most is that you are more than just a number being called, the clinic support staff have always been friendly and helpful, and Dr Tan and Dr Wong have always taken the time to explain things. We've lived in Tampines for 9 years and our experience would not have been the same without this clinic.
