★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic opening hours in the evening is from 6pm to 11pm. However, the doctor is not in the clinic at 6pm. We were told that the doctor will arrive at 630pm. If this is the case, shouldn't the opening hours start from 630pm? It is pretty insensitive especially during covid times as the clinic is putting the patients at risk! What's more, the doctor does not even arrive at 630pm. He only arrived at 640pm carrying his dinner along... No matter how good your doctor is, please do not put your patients at risk in this manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at the clinic 6.20pm, after waiting for an hour, found out that doctor dint even arrived yet. Doctor only arrived at 7.30 pm. May be the doctor is busy attending cases before he comes for duty, but frontdesk SHOULD HAVE INFORMED the patients about it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Googles says clinic opens til 10.45pm but when I reach at 10.30pm the nurse told me the doctor left early cos he is a relief doctor. This is very irresponsible relief doctor. Health care provider cannot be like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is ok to get normal treatment for cold cough fever
But it's pathetic in terms of its service like health screening.
Doctor doesn't diagnose properly and doesnt know how to take blood sample. He takes long time and spils blood drop on hands makes the patient very uncomfortable and dizzy.
The blood report take 3-4 days to come and clinic doesnt call to inform as well. If you looking for timely and correct diagnosis and treatment
