(Suggestion: if there are alternative pickup lockers in the central city, it would be even better to cater for pickup and drop off.)

PramShare's toddler car seat was in excellent condition and it was a breeze to arrange, collect and return the item to PramShare. This is quality service and would gladly recommend PramShare to any one.

They sent to my hotel one day before i arrived. The owner is friendly, the price was good. I checked another renting place but they don't have many kind of stroller also looks old style. Kenneth, PramShare was very kind to accede to our request eventhough it was rushed. He came over that same night we booked the Britax to explain to us on how the pram works. His instructions and demonstration were clear and concise. He also took time to talk and clear our queries although it seem that he must have just gotten off work! Pram was in excellent condition and it served its intented purposes...quick to fold/unfold and manageable. Pick up was a breeze and fast too. Thanks PramShare for value-adding our trip!!

The service was exceptional and the staff so friendly. We would not have enjoyed our trip without the excellent pram to run around in enjoying all the sights the city has to offer!! They organised everything for me, and dropped off and picked up the pram from the Concierge at my hotel. I highly recommend Pramshare. Thank you once again

I placed the order online and Dorcas was in constant touch through Whatsapp helping in coordinating. Pram was in great condition and was delivered to our hotel on time. Excellent service and customer support by Dorcas. We dropped the pram at the hotel at the time of check out which was picked up in our absence. Dorcas was very honest and supportive throughout the process. Our deposit was promptly returned after the return without much hassle. All in all 5 stars to both Kenneth and Dorcas and wishing you guys all the best in taking this start up further. Cheers.

Travelling with a two year old can be a daunting experience with the amount of things parents need to pack - but with PramShare they helped not only lessen our load, but enjoy a stress free vacation! Arriving on a public holiday made no difference, our pram was waiting with the Concierge right at our hotel on arrival which meant we were able to venture out right away without any issues. The pram was in great condition, our daughter loved it, and simple to use. Communication was fantastic too - staff used WhatsApp to communicate with us during our stay making everything go seamlessly. On check out we simply handed the pram back over to the Concierge enabling us to simply hop into the taxi and leave without having to eat into any of our vacation time trying to make the drop off ourselves. We will absolutely use PramShare again on our future vacations!
