Engaged their service recently. Pros - Price is quite competitive - Sufficient manpower Cons - While their service is fast on packing and unpacking. (so fast that they left without informing me and failed to bring some of mine furniture) Some of the mover appear to be inpatient and doesn't really take care of the furniture. Had a few damaged items, scratches on door and console. I can understand that things may get some damages while moving. But I do not appreciate the after sale service. Didn't apologies and gave different kind of excuses. Overall I do not recommend their service.

Movers from Hell. 1. The appointed time was 10am-11am. Movers arrived only at 12:40pm. Took one full day of waiting (10am - 8:40pm) to get 2 items moved within Singapore. 2. Both items arrived damaged from the move - bed frame had 2 laceration cuts and the scanteak writing desk had signs of drag and pull damages. (see pictures) 3. Poor time and project management : Customer service and drivers non responsive to calls and texts - wasted customers' time and money (to take urgent leave extension for move) 4. Poor management and deployment: The 2 movers arrived at destination exhausted and feeling unwell - mentioned they had not had time to rest and did another job in between of this current job!!!! Movers were given some food and water at destination to recuperate. If a company does not take care of its movers (time and project management) , how can the movers do a good job? Details to above claims: Booking of services made on 30th June. Paid 50% deposit. Job description: Move a 110cm writing desk and king size bed frame. Appointment time: 10 - 11am. Text message recieved at 9:59 am : Morning mdm. Just to let u know that there is a slight delay due to weather. Movers arrived: 12:40pm. No apologies. One of the movers dragged the table and was told not to do so and take care moving the table (fragile) . Only lightly wrapped the writing desk (see pictures) Movers left 1st location : 1:45pm* Called both the customer service and movers but have been ignored my calls. (see pictures) Movers arrive destination: 6:50pm* Movers left destination: 8:40pm (Finally Job Done!!!!) *1:45pm to 6:50pm = 5hours and 5 mins.* Please engage them at your risk and demise.
