★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being mindful that it's Xmas eve, I called a day before to ask if they were open. Yes they said. Came to an empty clinic with no one answering the phone, waited for 30 min and left. Very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hours of operation are allegedly from 8:30 until 5:30. As of 8:45 this morning they were still closed with the lights off. Assuming it takes at least 30 mins to open up they likely would not have been open until after 9.
Additionally, the doors were unlocked giving anyone access to equipment and potentially sensitive patient data.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is on the 13th floor of RB Capital Building. This building's front entrance is NOT handicap accessible, NOT handicap friendly. My Mom who is wheelchair bound with hip bone fractures was forced to "walk" up the flight of stairs. The clinic told me there is no car park lift or back entrance or other access. And the clinic have already feedback to the building management with no action taken. Clinic staff says the security guards at building entrance will assist the patient whenever necessary as shown in pic.
I will NOT recommend this clinic if the patient is wheelchair ridden. Date : 27th Dec 2021

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here twice now for different reasons (one for a chiro sesh and another for visa application) both times the center was open as described and there was minimal wait time. In n out in less than 10 mins…and the reception and doctor were nice and efficient!
