β β β β β I was not satisfied with the level of cleaning they do. Average performance but expensive - so quality is average and low value for money. I will have to reconsider going there once again.

β β β β β I sent some tailored wool trousers (with mother-of-pearl buttons) for dry-cleaning. At the point of collection, I noticed all the mother-of-pearl buttons on my trousers were chipped/damaged. Really disappointed, even though I had already informed the lady to make sure the pearl buttons were wrapped with aluminum foil for protection (like how it is done at other professional dry-cleaners).
Hoping other customers donβt get the same experience I received, but it seems Presto canβt handle expensive/delicate clothing and ends up damaging it. Not worth the risk, it will be safer to bring it to more reputable dry-cleaners for peace of mind.
